“We tried to check in early due to an early flight. They could not accommodate and asked us to wait a couple hours. She said she would call me. We sat in the lobby then started noticing they were giving rooms to those that can way after us. I stood in line again and I let them know others were getting room and I’ve been waiting. Waiting line? No consideration I was waiting for hours. I was then able to get a room after speaking up. The water refill stations weren’t working on several floor.s....
