“The hotel looks pretty tired from outside but rooms and reception area had been updated to an excellent standard. Breakfast was great with plenty of choices.
Only slightly negative comment is that the breakfast was served in a large ball room which lacked atmosphere. A few flower arrangements separating the tables from the large dance floor would have made the difference.”

I met who i assume to be the owner. He was a very nice bloke. There was no dinner available when I arrived but I arrived quite late and it was a short walk to find dinner. Breakfast was great. I would stay here again, no worries.”
“Parc La Breos House is a Victorian (mostly) pleasure. Our room (6) was a good size. The view was over the farm buildings which aren't the most picturesque, but it is nice to see a working farm. It did mean the farm vehicles started up about 7am, but that is to be expected! The grounds are beautiful and very well kept by the brothers who live there. The lounge has gorgeous paneling and a spectacular fireplace that was brought from Italy with Seville tile inset. It would be a wonderfully cozy...

“Easy to follow directions regarding checkin-check out. My room (2b) was large, with a big bed, and couch at the foot of the bed facing a TV and the floor to ceiling window. There was also a small dining table with two chairs. The bathroom was spacious with separate shower and bath. Everything worked and was clean. I think good value. The location was perfect, with walkable restaurants and bars close by. ”
