“There’s no doubt this is a stunning property. We stayed in a delux villa which was also beautifully furnished. Being Relais & Chateâux we expected service to be of very high standard which it certainly was not. There’s clearly a lack of leadership and proper training.”

“Where we stayed at the Oasis Camp was lovely. Clearly it was a newer addition to the Barcelo Resort and it was beautifully appointed and quiet. At night they would light a fire in the center of all the "tents" which made for a lovely atmosphere. Unfortunately, the rest of the Barcelo resort has gone somewhat to seed.
