It was dark out so I know it made it way harder but the map on the app and address and direction pamphlet all said different things. Took me an hour to find the place. I almost booked another hotel. "The property is nice and Quiet. You can hear the forest talk in the morning. And morning walks to the local village was one of my highlights of my stay. The owner help me a lot and went way out of the way to help me. I hopped on a plane from America to Japan with a backpack and a few days worth of clothes. I don’t speak Japanese and had never been to Japan. They helped me navigate the train system in Japan and get me to the nearest station and had a driver come pick me up. I went to Japan to see the Super GT Rd. 2 at Fuji Speedway. They helped me get taxis to and from the track for the race and qualifying days. That really set them apart. Never did they not answer my question. I had a lot. I owe my always trip to Japan being such a good experience to them! I recommend this 10/10! A nice small Japan house for an average family. At a good price! "

"I really like this place. It was very cool and relaxing while there. The service was great and the lobby was very relaxing with very comfortable furniture. The place was a little walk uphill from the bus station and getting taxis were not easy depending on when you arrive. The downside was the shower took a long time to get hot and the water from the shower head in my room felt like sharp things because of the shower head. They should be changed. The only other thing was coffee or tea. There was a hot water dispenser but no coffee or tea that I could see. Maybe I missed it. I would still stay there again"
