"The front desk staff of Paulina and Michael were absolutely the best: kind, caring, attentive and willing to go above and beyond. 0ne of the other young men at the front desk could tell how tired I was when I arrived and he got me into a room quickly.. The breakfast server knew after the first morning how I liked my coffee. These are among the finest staff I have encountered everywhere. A bonus: The air conditioning worked well. The hotel was respite from 106 degree temperatures. When I met other Paris visitors from this period almost all had encountered ac problems. This is probably the finest European hotel at which I have stayed in 30 years."
