“We had a wonderful couple of days at Cuil an Daraich. The owner was very welcoming when we arrived and showed us around. The room was a good size, nicely decorated and very comfortable. The breakfast was amazing. As well as the fry up (other options available) there were plenty of extras to set us up well for the day ahead. Would highly recommend staying here”

“This was an absolute gem of a place. The owners were so thoughtful and provided just about every kind of tea, coffee, wagon wheels, tunics tea cakes and a cracking breakfast ! Room was compact but contained everything one needed when doing the west highland way and it is literally on route (about 6’ away). So much nicer than the enormous campsite hippy hobbit house place and the saga-bus-holiday hotel.”

“Gundie was a lovely host. The room was quiet and clean with organic products throughout. Breakfast was cooked to order and delicious. The grounds were exactly what you would picture a Scottish countryside to be…birds chirping, wildflowers abounding and friendly chickens. It was such a peaceful and relaxing stay. We loved it!”

“We loved Highland Guest House. It's in a perfect location in a great little tow. Our hosts were wonderful, friendly and helpful. The room was beautiful, the breakfast was fantastic, and another guest lounge had supplies of tea, coffee and fruit available during the day. We found many wonderful walks in the area, great meals in the nearby pub and lots of interesting shops in town. This guest house was also the best value accommodation we found on our holiday in the UK.”
