“A great play to stay in Pitlochry. Wonderful atmosphere.”

“Our second stay in this beautiful and very comfortable hotel, exceptionally well hosted by Karen (such good breakfasts) and Graham (whose knowledge of where to go and what to do was amazing). Thanks for your care and attention! We will be back at any opportunity!”

“Was only here for one night with my friend & grand daughter who is 3. She was terrified when she got inside the hotel. It was dark, smelly & cold. Wasn’t sure where to find anybody. Got a young guy who was surprised to see us. No one else about. Showed us to our room while my granddaughter is screaming & crying cause she was scared of the place. Got to the room. Smelt of damp, was cold. Couldn’t get key out of the door. My granddaughter wouldn’t settled so we left to go somewhere else. Very...

“The stay included a full Scottish breakfast, but I am a vegan and could not eat most of what they cooked and I was never asked what I wanted for breakfast. I am a plain oatmeal breakfast eater, which I tought would be easy in Scotland. Even Mcdonald's has oatmeal.”

“Beautiful location and exceptional clean property, bit vintage look but very appropriate for such a stay. Very kind and attentive owner. All over very pleasant stay, definitely would stay again Little poor breakfast choice for vegetarian”

“Not horrible for a night, but could be cleaner and better maintained. Consistent musty smell from hallway that lingers into the rooms.”

“We were made to feel very welcome when we arrived. Accommodation was very comfortable & clean. Shower was amazing. We had a room overlooking the river. Great choice at breakfast. Would definitely recommend having the full breakfast.”

Under floor heating ”

“It is little difficult to discover the hotel that is not very different from other houses in the village, Stirling. As a traveller, however, it is the good example to know the structure of typical houses which is located at Scotland Suburb Village. The room has wonderful interior and soft bed. The breakfast is wonderful, especially Traditional Scotland Morning Set. ”
