“Dean and Paul are wonderful hosts and made our stay at the Birchwood extremely comfortable. They also helped us navigate our upcoming trip through inclement weather. The hotel itself is lovely and very thoughtfully constructed. Will definitely stay here next time in Pitlochry. ”

“Beautifully clean hotel. Stayed a few times and cleanliness standards are always kept very high. We had a heritage room this time - room was perfect but bathroom was pretty small. Large shower - but from shower glass to wall is the width of a bath mat so if you’re a rather large person you won’t fit. Breakfast was delicious although for a “Scottish” breakfast I would have expected Lorne sausage and sliced haggis. We had dinner in the bar area in the evening and although again, it was delicious...

“We booked for a long weekend in December and had a lovely break. The staff couldn’t be more helpful, from welcoming us at reception to chatting at breakfast. The hotel is beautiful, and our room was immaculate. We had dinner at the hotel and thoroughly enjoyed the food, not to mention the attentive service. The hotel grounds are outstanding , with the River Tay running through. We will be back. ”

The hotel was beautiful and clean, the staff were absolutely lovely, the meals were cooked to order and delicious, especially the breakfast. It was hands down the best hotel we have stayed in all thru Ireland and Scotland and ourstanding value for money.Do yourself a favour. Thankyou so much for our stay.”
