“Late booking due to funeral at short notice and price was good especially as breakfast was included. Owner was exceptional, extremely polite & helpful. Breakfast was freshly cooked to order and extremely generous & tasty (tables were even laid with cloth napkins). Location also good - just a 10+ min walk to Wetherspoons & town centre after that. Room was comfortable (good comfy bed) but furniture was a bit tired, hence the dropped star. Another bonus was off-road parking at the front. I...
