"Double bed and queen sofa - not a queen bed as described! Excessive 90's rock music noise from rental facility across pond defeated shut windows - starting before 8am and ceaseless until 9:30 PM. Sign on fireplace saying to call a certain number for free firewood delivery is just false - when called they said "no". Otherwise comfortable."
"The condo was perfect and in excellent condition. We come to Keystone each year and plan to return. More large buildings are being built and the number of guests will certainly increase and has increased. The property grounds need maintained and you may consider making improvements to the pool - making in a larger amenity and easier to access for all buildings"

The first is that I requested a studio with 2 King beds and was given a studio with 2 queen beds instead. Second, the unit was a corner unit on the 1st floor and so there was not much privacy unless I left the shades pulled down which I didn't want to do, but had to since there were people walking by and they could easily see into the...

"The resort has so much to see and do - we only stayed one night regrettably so missed a lot. The room was lovely and spacious with everything you could need. My only issue was finding my condo; the place is a maze and check in had an excellent map that they don't photocopy and share so try to take a photo. Google maps helped us find our area eventually and we enjoyed rhe stay."
