"I needed immediate help when the sat sav dumped me nearby & my host talked me all the way to the front door which was a huge relief. It was only after I had gone through the booking process for what was a seriously expensive booking, a new address was provided for the property approx 1.6 miles away in Woodnesborough! I have restricted mobility and needed to be closer to the town so I asked if I could cancel....
