"Stayed at Grindelwalderhof for 2 nights and We had a great experience, the location is a few mins walk from train station and very close to Grindelwald First. Across the hotel is the bus stop. The room we had is very clean and updated. The front desk is very helpful. Would definitely recommend this hotel."

"Literally perfect location steps from Grindelwald train station and directly across the street from the bus station. The staff was wonderful from check in to restaurant. My daughter injured her hand during a bike ride and they provided a huge bag of ice for her. The stay came with a free bus pass and discounts for different excursions cable cars and Glacial canyon. The restaurant has a great menu as well. The room was a little hot but they provided a fan which helped. We would definitely stay here again."

"One of our favorites stays ever, we felt like this family provided some of the best hospitality possible during our stay. Everyone was pleasant and helpful from service at dinner to buying tickets for excursions. The room was clean, spacious and well appointed. Dinner in the restaurant is a bargain with 4 delicious courses for 54CHF as of this writing. I strongly recommend staying here for three nights if you can and having at least one dinner at the Fiescherblick Michelin starred restaurant next door. The views are terrific from restaurant to room and the Wi-Fi was strong and fast, and the washer/dryer, while a bit clunky to use, are very welcome when you are traveling for a long while."
