"The room was in very good condition and felt 100% Venetian. The bed was comfortable, linens better than acceptable, bathroom amenities on par with a four-star, and very reasonable prices in the minibar. Our view from the Rialto view room was the reason we sat looking out the window while we settled in for bed, instead of actually sitting in the bed. The only problem we encountered was the towel warmer. Since it was winter the air conditioning was disabled. The towel warmer would not turn off. The room would get very warm because of this and the heat coming up from lower rooms. We opened the window, which was great until about 6 AM, when the cargo boats unload at the dock right outside your window. Please keep in mind: we are American, so we are very accustomed to sleeping in AC. In closing, it’s a great hotel in a great location, in Venice. Would definitely stay again, even in the winter. "

"This was our best hotel experience! The hotel is really nice and clean. It has a warm vibe with classic features. This was made even better by Marco and Tatiana who were so lovely and friendly. We were spoiled at every step and really taken care of. Marco helped us a lot with advice on how to get there, things to do in Venice, ways of transport, even printed some vouchers for us. Tatiana was wonderful with great breakfast and home made cakes. We felt so welcomed there and would definitely recommend and we'll come again. "

"Very good hotel , location directly near the shore it is almost far from venice center but you can easily use boat 5.1 to arrive , station is 12 minutes walking from hotel , ot is located in Lido , breakfast was good, i recommend it ."

"Quiet island just across Venice. Close to a sandy beach and easy access to Venice and other islands. Rooftop bar was a good perk, we had aperitivo before going out to supper in Lido. We stayed in October and it was quieter than Venice but I can see that place booming in the summer months. "
