The hotel staff were the best part! They made us feel welcome and at home. The property has beautiful roof top views and a close walk to the beach/ 5th Avenida. They made our trip a nice place to relax after a long day of adventures! The only thing I would change is longer hours open for the roof top (both morning and evening) would've been a nice option.

This hotel was absolutely amazing. All of the staff members were very helpful and friendly, particularly Yair, who made our experience even better. It was within 10 mins walking distance to a TON of great restaurants in every direction, and only about a 10 minute walk to the beach as well! If we stay in Playa del Carmen again we will certainly stay here!

The staff were great and friendly. The rooftop pools were nice the food was good. The only complaint I would have is the room had no safe and there was no way to lock my room door from the inside.

We had a fantastic stay at IT Boutique hotel. The staff was incredible; they were very friendly and helpful with any questions we had. We were very appreciative that they were able to accommodate our early check in request and late check out. It it steps away from Quinta Avenida yet quiet away in which we were able to get a good night's rest. I would not hesitate to stay here again. Thanks again for helping make our trip enjoyable!

For the price point on this hotel, it was beyond expectations!! The staff are very helpful and super friendly !! The hotel is just off of busy 5th avenue, so you don’t get the noise, but, still benefit from being close to the action!! The beach is only steps away also. So many good restaurants and bars to enjoy close by! Breakfast was nice, only a couple options but, both options were plenty good for us!! I would come back to the IT Boutique in a heartbeat next time Playa Del Carmen is on my list !!

We stayed five nights. Everything went well. The things we appreciated most were the location, central but not noisy, the hotel's structure, with parking and two nice pools, one of which was an infinity pool, the friendliness of the receptionists, and the free supply of beach towels and small bottles of water. To improve on cleanliness, there was a lot of dust both in the room and on the chairs outside the balcony, and the quality of breakfast.

The property overall was very nice. The staff was super friendly and helpful. The room was very small but it had a nice balcony and bathroom. The room was clean but no space to put anything such as clothes, shoes, etc. the pillows were very fat and uncomfortable. We asked for smaller pillows but unfortunately they did not have any. The curtain closing the sliding glass door was also broken and light would come into the room so I had to tie it with a hair tie. The property is walkable to everything including 5ta Avenida just one block away. The rooftop area is nice but not the best. The drinks were amazing though.

Great location(about a block on the quiet side of 5ta avenida and 2 blocks from the beach). Rooms are ok(no luxuries), decent size, and functional, but bathrooms do need some mayor facelift(a hairdryer and a small fridge would be recommended). Basic cable TV channels would be appreciated(you can only watch YouTube or Netflix..and the latter one didn’t work in my room). Breakfast options are limited(wish they had more options to choose from). Service at front desk is outstanding, and that along with location makes this hotel a great choice for people on a budget, on business, or people who just need a comfortable place after a long day of excursions.

It was an OK hotel for the time we stayed, 8 days. The ridiculously loud music from the rooftop, was very anti-social in my opinion as not everybody was here to party. When we had an issue, it was hard to find someone to assist us at the reception. Breakfast was ok, I understand that they are trying to make extra cash by charging for drinks but in this case, the clients need to be informed about the property in the description so the client can decide accordingly. The description informed us that there was an extra fee for airport pick-up when I tried to book I was told that it is not a service they offer. The rooftop is gorgeous, great swimming pools. Very nice decor in the common areas.
