"I was stating for a couple of days before joining a ship with lots of luggage. The staff especially the porters were amazing. They arranged a yellow cab and help make to trip as stress-free as possible. Great location for Grand Central Central and other central locations."

"This is a super hotel. My only complaint is this: I always run hot, and the ambient temperature in my room was 75 degrees. Changed the thermostat down to 56, and it didn’t move the needle— my stay would have been perfect had the temperature controls done what they should have. I didn’t ask staff if they could provide a fan or do anything to make it better— but I’m also aware that most folks would be fine at that temperature, so it’s really a me problem. The room was spotless, replete with editions of Bronte and Dickinson poems, the bathroom immaculate with fantastic fixtures, amenities and lovely towels. The price for my one night stay fit into my budget beautifully, and I won’t hesitate to return here again— in the winter months."

"We really enjoyed staying at the Chelsea. Everyone on the staff was friendly and so very helpful no matter our questions, etc. The breakfast was beautiful, they had good choices. I have one suggestion, and that would be a small area in the lobby that could provide a cup of coffee from 5 AM. until the breakfast opens at 8 AM, This place was lovely and we will come back there."

"I had a great stay! The staff let me check in early which was super helpful because I needed to get ready for a wedding! Room was clean and pool was so nice. All the staff was extremely friendly. The only thing was the parking it was an extra $90 a night. They should really include that when booking."
