"This place is a mess! Rooms are disgusting, no where near the beach, people smoking right outside the office doors. They are also thieves. We stayed on our way to catch a cruise, we left 3 brand new shirts and a pair of formal shorts we had just purchased in Fort Lauderdale and we realized we left them hanging in the closet, as soon as we boarded the ship and called. We were promised they would have them at the front. Came in directly 4 days later as we disembarked and were told no one said anything nor found them. They had us standing there 30 minutes while they “looked for it” But became insulted when I called them thieves. Do not stay here!!! I never ever leave bad reviews "

"I am BEYOND DISGUSTED w/ my experience at this hotel.From the moment I arrived, it was clear that this establishment has ZERO REGARD for basic human decency, let alone ADA federal accommodations! I was traveling w/ my disabled child,while trying to check in-the front desk clerk, RACHEL, is disgustingly more RUDE and DISMISSIVE.She remained on her phone the ENTIRE time, did NOT acknowledge me- had the audacity to make disrespectful comments about my child’s disability. That alone was unacceptable—but it got WORSE! She then informed me that my deposit would be $200 instead of the standard $100, strongly insinuating that it was because of my son’s disability.That is BLATANT DISCRIMINATION. There is no justification for treating a guest differently based on a disability, and it is a direct violation of ADA protections! I had already requested ADA accommodations in advance- not only were they not honored, but I was met with hostility and disrespect instead. I did not feel safe, welcomed, or respected in any way. I refused to stay and immediately requested a refund which was denied! To make matters even worse,the property itself felt unsafe.The parking lot was filled with people loitering in their vehicles, openly smoking what appeared to be illegal substances.There were even raccoons gathering near the room doors and entrances, which is both unsanitary and alarming.The hotel may be located right off the highway, but it sits in a dark poorly lit area that feels genuinely unsafe"

"I was not happy at all. My safe did not work in my room & it would not have been able to have been fixed until later that day when the maintenance man showed up. I then had to walk around town with my possessions that should have been able to have been locked up safely. There was hair in my bathroom when we checked in & it did not belong to myself or my daughter. There was people talking loudly outside our door late into the night which did not make us feel very comfortable. I decided to leave the hotel & when I went to retriever my clothes from the closet the bar that my clothes were hanging on fell on me. When I went to check out early bc of my discomfort & dissatisfaction I was told there was nothing that could be done. I also e-mailed the hotel to see if I could get some resolution that way but I got no response from them at all. I thought that was very disappointing. "

"The rooms have been partially renovated with new floors and furniture, but not bathtubs and wall tiles. Overall, the hotel is a bit tired. Pool floor needs refinishing. "

"Hotel has great location, parking and accessibility but the rooms need urgent remodeling. Had to change rooms because of sounds from outside and bad toilet. Next room assign was quieter but still issues with toilet."
