โWe really enjoyed our overnight stay at West Lodge. We had a tranquil garden room so there was no outside noise at all. We also enjoyed being one of two couples in the dining room. Upon ringing the bell the owner arrived promptly and took our orders for cooked breakfast. It soon arrived and was of excellent quality. We will definitely book again if we are in the locality.โ
โWe have stayed at DoubleTree many times. Reception staff are always welcoming. Evgenia is always friendly and helpful. She has checked us in on our last three visits.
As a side note, we have witnessed a guest being quite rude to her and she communicated with them in such a professional manner.

From the thoughtful details to luxurious surroundings loved the self controlled heated towel rail in the bathroom and the gorgeous free fluffy dressing gown to wear everywhere and stylish tote and matching flip flops! โNice mid-range hotel with excellent spa (best treatments weโve had, at very fair price, though no pool). Excellent dinner in restaurant & good breakfast. Our room was on 3rd floor and, being an old building, thereโs no lift. Room was ok, though a โstandardโ double, not a queen / king. Thereโs no air-con, but a good floor standing fan. Good sized bathroom with large shower. We will certainly return here as the spa & food are so good. โ
