Wyndham Grand Rio Mar Rainforest Beach and Golf Resort

"We had a wonderful stay! The beach was beautiful, our renovated rainforest-view room was clean and comfortable, and the staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming. We were greeted with courtesy champagne upon arrival and even received early check-in. A special thank you to Juan Pablo at the buffet and Teddy at the 5 O’Clock Somewhere bar for their outstanding service and local recommendations. The food was good but a bit pricey; my only suggestions would be to offer more authentic Puerto Rican dishes and improve room soundproofing, as there was occasional noise from housekeeping and minor repairs. Overall, we had a great experience and are definitely looking forward to future visits.!l"

"I normally don’t judge hotels based on the service since the service everywhere has become so nonexistent, but the service here was truly outstanding. Everyone was helpful and respectful and professional. The room was cleaned and refreshed twice a day with chocolates offered at night. They even setup your pool chairs. Really well done. Except for the Ritz Carlton, the only place I’ve stayed recently that maintained the decorum one would expect of a serious hotel."
