"When checking in, we didn't realize we had booked an ENCLAVE room which came with a private check-in on one of the top floors. Check-in was a breeze and the staff at the lounge were great. While we waited for our luggage to arrive to our room, we went off to one of the walk-in restaurants on site since we hadn't ate yet. Food was decent. The best spot on the resort was CocoMar. Aside from the food, the pool was great (heated) so it was easy to get in and enjoy without the fear of that ice cold water hitting your body. We also took a dip in the ocean and that was also warm which we weren't expecting. Overall our family enjoyed the location and would come back again."

"This property is centrally located and is within walking distance to downtown PV. It has the best buffet breakfast bar in town. Great views of the ocean and has two large pools. The staff are attentive to the needs of its guests and always friendly. This property is well maintained and managed."

"Tuve una excelente estancia en el Comfort inn de Puerto Vallarta. Los desayunos fueron muy ricos, y me encantó que tanto el gimnasio como la alberca estuvieran impecables y muy limpios. El personal fue sumamente amable y servicial. :Totalmente recomendado!"
