Lo malo, ha sido el primer “All Inclusive” que visitamos, con pago extra si quieres disfrutar de mejores instalaciones, en serio??? Mejor que aclaren en sus promociones cómo REALMENTE funciona el hotel. Lo siento pero no es más que la verdad!!"

"We had a nice stay,but because of the recent hurricanes, were unable you use the pool area for a couple of days. This is through no fault of the property. The staff offered us 2 free nights for a future stay,which was a good compromise. We appreciated the kindness and attentiveness of the staff through this difficult time, and everyone worked very hard to clear the sand and debris from the pool deck. This was our second stay at the hotel, and would highly recommend it to anyone for the amenities, the helpful staff, the location and the lovely rooms. The food could be better..."
