โA super helpful staff that picks up the phone and helps out for a self check in hotel. Booked day of, had to change reservation like 3 times, and they helped me through it all. Room was super easy to get into, directions were smooth and simple, and the area was perfect. Right next to one of the most active parts of town, and a 8 minute walk from the Bio Bay tours. Be aware, there's no microwave in the room. AC worked amazing. Showers hot water lasted well, just don't blast it. โ
โWe had a fantastic stay. Amanda, Todd and their staff were kind and wonderful and all of Amandaโs suggestions were spot on. We loved sitting on the rooftop in the evenings and watching the sunset. It was walkable to the main drag in Esperanza and provided a great base for exploring the island. We would definitely recommend. โ
โSTAY HERE!!! You wonโt regret it. We only stayed one night and wish we had done more. 2 nights minimum! Wish I had gotten a massage too. The property owner was so kind :) โ
โBeautiful architecture and well designed a lot of details. Very private and quiet. Friendly staff. We had a wonderful vacation at Hixlsland House. We will come back again. Yes, this is our 4th time there.โ

โBeautiful property, excellent service, everyone we engaged with were professional yet friendly and personable. Everything was clean yet updated and modern. Amazing amenities. My only critique is related to dining. The two dinner options were a bit too fussy. Simpler menu options would be very welcomed. And obviously the dining prices from breakfast to dinner were $$$$ but aside from that it was an amazing resort that our family loved. โ
