"It is very nice and cozy place to stay. As far as the location, I think it is located a bit far from the central but if you are using Uber/Grab app, you won't find difficulties. Overall, I really enjoyed staying at Ibis Raden Saleh."
"Elevator was too slow and bathroom too small. Toilet roll quality was shocking. Need more training to Front Staff / Reception of the 1st Floor one. Need more competency and courtesy manners. "

"I have request non smoking room before arrival, however, the smell of the room still really bad of smokers, not sure whether the room that assigned to me is smoking floor is not cause i forgot to ask since i arrived very late at night and very tired. Ask for iron also takes so long, it seems they only have one item and i should waiting from another guest almost 30mins. However their room really spacious "
