"Good Wi-Fi and nice large gym. Three restaurants with a nice breakfast buffet. There is even a small shopping mall at the rear of the hotel although it doesn’t have a lot of stores yet. It’s a good thing that the hotel is well equipped though because there is really nothing else in the area."

"The service is wonderful, from the concierges to the front desk. I appreciated leaving some of my luggage with them for 4 days. The airport shuttle is great with a concierge meeting you at the airport in a distinctive uniform. The rooms are modern and clean. The whole property is very upscale. I enjoyed a very inexpensive massage in their spa during my second stay there. "

"We got a bedroom with NO window and just in front of the elevator. So it was pretty noisy and we've been feeling a little claustrophobic!! Otherwise, bedroom and bathroom were fine. There was a very bright LED stripe under a small corner furniture which couldn't be turned off, and we had to hide the light with a pillow to be able to sleep. Swimming pool is nice but freezing cold!! Also they do not serve any wines or cocktails, only beers, and we're not beers drinkers :( Staff was very friendly."

"We did stay for 2 nights, the hotel's location is easily walk from MRT/Sarinah. The staff are friendly and helpful, they also allowed us to check in 1hr earlier. We did ask for new towel because there is cigarette smell on the towel and they changed quickly with the fresh new towel. Overall is good stay at Ashley Hotel "

"I really like the tennis facilities, they also provide facilities for borrowing rackets and balls. The rooms are very clean, and quite spacious too. they have a unique swimming pool shape, and also at evening we can relax in the pool area and it is very comfortable. I will come back to stay again next time."

"The location is very strategic as it is located very close to highway exits (though not in the main road). Staffs are helpful and nice starting from the security upon entering the premises. The room is very recommended for business trips to host small meetings as they provide table with multiple chair to nespresso inroom. Even for presentation, the hotel provided hdmi port literally on the dining table for connection to the tv, very intriguing. The drawback that came up during my stay was only...

"Overall was good, clean room, convenient location where train station just right infront and walkable to Grand Indonesia mall, helpful staffs :) The only thing to improve is the bathroom amenities are incomplete, and also they don't provide iron to the room. "

"Some minor issues regarding room service payments and house keeping not collecting food plates from corridors for more than 24hours.....very smelly corridor of food rotting. But a fantastic hotel, great pool and breakfast is plentyful. "

"We had several blackout during our stay, although only for a while. Cleanliness need to be bit improved, some of ther furniture looks q bit old. But their staffs are very polite and friendly."
