"This was the second time my family and I stayed at here. "

"Breakfast was nice to have, but they do not refill bagels or donuts once they are gone for that day they’re gone. We were there through the weekend and it seems that they warm up leftovers so when we went to eat the eggs and the sausage it was very dry and overcooked. We had an issue with the air-conditioning. We could not turn it off. Our room was very cold. we tried to turn up the temperature and that did not help. We had already unpacked and after we realized the sink and bathtub do not drain well by the third day it did not drain at all, and we had to move rooms the last night. I brought it up to the Customer Service desk and she said that she will have her manager contact me and possibly give me points as compensation, but no type of refund because I had prepaid for our hotel stay. The hotel was clean, but there was a weird smell in the hall. Staff was very nice. This location was very busy with college students as well as family with kids."

"Definitely needs major changes. Yes apparently we had a room that was redone. But the building is so old that didn’t even help. Wasn’t able to cancel my reservation even with insurance protection. Luckily we only needed the room was a short stay after a party we had attended. Next time I know to listen to friends what hotels to stay at. "

"I wasn’t expecting to be woken up on my first night by a fire alarm going off at 8am for over 5 minutes and also didn't expect to have a room that was next to garbage pickup that also took place at 8am - I now know quiet rooms need to be requested."
