"The room was not the greatest, as soon as I went to grab a wash rag from 3 rings in wall the ring fell out, the floors needed to be swept, there was no comforter & the sheets & blankets were stained!! There was mold in the bath tub. There was a gap underneath our door to go outside so we had to keep a towel there so no critters would come in & the 1st night NO HOT WATER!!!! Oh and the best part is in the middle of the night going to the bathroom & running out of toilet paper & finding out they didn’t leave any extra in the room for you!! The parking lot had a lot of weird people walking around there too. But the staff was really nice & there was plenty of parking there for the plus side of it all!! "

"We checked in at 4pm and didn’t receive the room until 7:45pm . Long waiting for the room. Very bad experience specially when we drove all the way from San Francisco to SD and didn’t get the room ready for us. No excuses and saying that they have 4 hours windows waiting time after check in. Terrible service from the front desk when I asked to late check out . I lost my wallet in the hotel restaurant and they didn’t even contact us or the room to notify us. Until we go ask for the second day. "

"Quality of breakfast has gone down. I made a reservation for breakfast and ended waiting in line for 20 minutes because it’s the same line with or without the reservation. So what’s the point? Last time I came the hotel guests have a special line to get into the park for early access. This time, again, one big long line for everyone, 45 minutes before the park was open. We spent about 20 minutes in that line with everyone who wasn’t suppose to be there. The security guard was rude too. I walked up to ask a question and he treated me like I was about to run in there and skip the line. I had my 6 y.o with me, so it’s not like I can run very far. Overall, I feel that we paid a premium for almost nothing. "
