"The hotel is immaculate, the staff are friendly and helpful, the rooms are warm, clean and comfortable, breakfast is very good and the location is excellent. I would very happily stay again."

"Love that there's free tea and coffee all day. The rooms clean and comfortable. They don't have a restaurant but there is a food court 5 minutes walk away. The location is close enough to walls into town but the area itself felt a bit liindustrial. Not a big deal as it didn't feel unsafe. A big plus for us the there is plenty of parking outside."

"We loved everything about this hotel except for one major thing (will get to this in a second). The location was great: easy walking distance of downtown, but far enough away that it was nice and quiet. The interior was gorgeous, and our room was clean and modern. We also loved that it was right next to a cafe which made it easy to grab breakfast or a quick coffee. With all of these things, the price of staying was very reasonable. Our only compliant is how hot our room got. My wife and I both like to sleep on the cooler side, but we couldn't control the temperature of the room. There's a gauge on the heater, but even when we turned it all the way down, the room remained very warm, and both my wife and I would wake up sweating in the middle of the night. We could crack the window, but that meant we had to leave the curtains open to let the cool air in, and because we were on the first floor, we couldn't do that. Side note: we also had one of the employees at the front desk tell us that our windows were one way and no one could see in from the outside, but when we walked outside the hotel, it was apparently this was not true at all. Anyways, if the hotel could fix the temperature issue, the hotel would be perfect and we'd love to stay here again when we come back."

"Great humble stay for Iceland! I booked a triple room and it was very spacious and comfortable. The bathroom was also very clean and pretty big as well. Room was clean and the staff were nice. This chain runs a network of hotels in Reykjavik so I would definitely recommend their locations. The location of the hotel was also pretty convenient and not far out from downtown. The hotel will go under renovation so everything should be updated with new finishes!"

"We were contacted with the check in details and property was easy to access and all worked well. We contacted the owners a couple of times to confirm details and they responded really quickly which was great. The property was generally clean but signs of wear eg mould in shower. Was as described. Met our needs for stay over. Easy to access with a car probably more inconvenient if not."
