“Clean rooms easy access quiet area staff was exellent will stay again ”

“It was a great and pleasant 3 nights. I travel a lot and when I arrived check in was very quick and straightforward. The woman at the front desk was pleasant and helpful. Very quiet at night which was appreciated and it was everything I needed. I was comfortable so I have no complaints. Thank you. ”

“I had booked a deluxe room for 4 nights, but they gave me a different room, and I had to move to the reserved deluxe room after 1 night, which was inconvenient. Furthermore, the screen door on the balcony in the new room was torn, allowing many bugs to come in, so I had no choice but to keep the balcony door closed, which was very uncomfortable.”

“Limited breakfast options. $100 was held on credit card for "incidentals" but there were no incidentals available in the room.”

“Horrible place on this family trip to Boston. It is my fault to select this place. Needed more study hotel information. Sully staff on reception desk, which is so small enough for one guest to check in. Don' t wanna think about this.”

“The room was still dirty, sheets were heavily stained and soiled. The beds were not put together properly (fitted sheet and flat sheet only on beds, no blankets of any sort) and one pillow per bed. One of the pillows had dried blood on it. Phone did not work, no batteries in the remote, AC smelled musty and gross when the air was turned on. We left immediately after checking in. ”
