"Our room was visibly updated and very clean. Perfect for myself and 2 teenage boys. The shower was unique with 2 different shower heads and great pressure. Beds were comfortable. Thermostat worked great. The location was perfect for visiting parks, specifically Universal for us. We had walking access to local restaurants and stores but also public transportation to other places. Would definitely stay again."

"A lot of electrical outlets didn’t work, elevator was out the whole week we were there"

"Great hotel and very convenient location. Only negative is it takes a very long time for hot water in the shower. Also, the hotel gives one hour early admission to Epic and Islands of Adventure. They should have multiple shuttles available at that time but instead, we waited a good 10-15 minutes."

"Was a very nice large room but only had 1 single wardrobe and no draws I was on my own and had to leave some of my clothes in my case how a couple would get on I don’t know ok if only staying 1 night I was there 6 nights. Worse thing was no safe in room which could have been a lot worse for me as went out all day when I came back the cleaner had left my door open luckily my room was at the end of corridor I could have lost my money ,iPad and worse of all my passport"

"They didn’t really clean the room everyday, otherwise, I would have rated it a 5. They just replaced the towels and emptied the garbage. "

"Not enough room or privacy downstairs in the "business center" area and the hotel staff would not allow us to use a conference room to have a phone interview in private after checkout time and would not allow us a late checkout. "
