"After check-in, I was informed of a technical error and was asked to move to another room when I returned late at night. The new room seemed to be a downgrade from the original one, which may have been an accidental upgrade. I was given a few breakfast coupons, which I appreciated.
The new room was on the top floor, but I did find a bug inside, which raised some concerns about cleanliness. The location of the hotel is excellent, but overall, I’m not sure if I would choose to stay again."
"We had a truly wonderful stay at this hotel, which made our trip to Boston even more special.
The location is unbeatable — just a short walk from many major attractions, and only about 10 minutes from Back Bay Station. We walked everywhere during our stay! The hotel has a café and a Mexican restaurant on the first floor, as well as a bar in the basement. Convenience stores and Whole Foods Market are nearby, which made it easy for us to grab fruits and snacks.
The staff were incredibly kind and helpful throughout our stay. Communication was seamless and efficient — we appreciated being able to reach them easily via text, and any requests we had were addressed promptly and thoughtfully.
Our room had a shared bathroom, but we were very impressed with how clean and well-maintained everything was. Towels were provided generously, and the shared bathroom and shower facilities were spotless. The bedding was also clean and very comfortable. There’s even a microwave available in the basement, which was a nice bonus.
Thanks to this hotel, our Boston trip was elevated to a whole new level. It was truly the perfect place for our family, and if we ever return to Boston, we wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again. We are deeply grateful for the warmth and dedication of the staff — thank you for making our stay so memorable."
