“This hotel is new and beautiful. Breakfast is served (not a buffet) by appointment. The portable heater was helpful. The main problem with this hotel is that the staff speaks not one word of English ... they are not even familiar with basic hotel words like "water", "towel", "breakfast", and "toilet paper". Suggestions for hotel: include a safe in the room and invest in soundproofing or carpet and definitely invest in learning English.”
