다운타운에 위치해 다니기 편하지만 분위기가 음침했다.
저녁 10시 이후에 복도에 술취한 사람이 돌아다니기도했고 호텔이라고 하지만 1성급이라고 해야되나? 그정도의 말로는 호텔인 것 같다.복도 분위기가 너무 음침했다. 10시 반 이후엔 현관문을 잠그는데 이유는 모르겠다. 혼자 쓸 수 있고 가격이 싸서 묵었지만 다음엔 아마 안갈 거 같다. 그래도 잠만 자면 되는 분이라면 추천한다. 차이나타운에 있고 중국자본의 호텔인거 같다.

I saw two small roaches in the room. Throught the night, I could hear people walking in the halway and at one point I heard someone yelling. Too much activity late at night.

Property was clean everything was so amazing the bathrooms and the showers are outside of the bedroom you only get your bed and TV refrigerator and microwave but it was still fun and they were very polite and it's right there where everything is downtown China Town I think it's called but it was so beautiful and the historic buildings around the hotel made it special I would definitely come back

Some rooms a nicer than others. Last time I stayed the bed wasn't great. This time it's fine. The TV is old but you get all the bssic cable channels. The location is fantastic. Right betwedn Nlrth Beach, the Italian area and Chinatown. The shared bath must be being cleaned constantly because its really clean.

I paid a 50 dollar deposit when checking in, they told me they would return it to me, but I already checked out three days ago and they have not transferred the 50 dollars to my account.

Very very noisy. Won’t get a good night sleep. People here are from the hood. Music playing at 1am, just monkeys. No disregard to others. Don’t stay here!

What i didn't like was, the price change, when I got there, they hold an extra 50.00, that I didn't like, I hope they give it back.

Hotel in favolosa posizione tra north beach e chinatown (scendere fermata montgomery sulla bart dall'aeroporto, 15 minuti a piedi), camere piccole ma pulite, con tutto l'occorrente, frigo, forno a microonde, ottimo wi-fi, letto comodo, armadio capiente, pulizia buona in tutto l'hotel, bagni e docce in comune ma sempre puliti e liberi. Check in veloce, 50 dollari di deposito per le camere(pagate cash per il rimborso immediato). Eccellente rapporto qualita'/prezzo, ho pagato 312euro per 7 notti, in una delle citta' piu' costose degli states. Consigliatissimo per chi cerca un alloggio lowcost.Avevo letto brutte recensionii ma non ho riscontrato niente di particolarmente negativo.

1st room given to me on the property was infested with roaches and not properly supplied, cleaned. All furnishings and bedding were antiquated as was the carpet. Television did not have a remote, not working. No mirror was furnished The next room had no hangers nor a place to hang garments. No toiletries were provided. The carpet was filthy. Items from a previous occupant were left in the drawers. Worst of all, there was a dead mouse under the bed.

Stupid staff. They don't have operational washroom in 3rd floor. You have to go all way down to 1st floor to use washroom. They don't have any water dispenser too. Even if you ask anything to the receptionist they will just reply you rudely. They are charging a good amount but they will tell that it's not a hotel. It's a residential place. They didn’t even let me check in 15 mins early. Stupid people. They just told me that you are not paying 100 dollars even. How could you ask for a water dispenser!!! A big No from me.

I wanted to love this property. Built in 1907 and right in china town; price was great. It’s 1907 central heat which comes on at 930 so if you are cold too bad. The one blanket will just have to do. When I asked for a second blanket I was told “this wasn’t a 5 star hotel so no I couldn’t have one and I should close my window.” Ok. I put on my jacket. After all it was a corner unit and I could street watch and one of my windows was rounded and still had the original glass so that was cool. It’s a shared bathroom which I knew going in. There are several and didn’t have any issue getting one when I wanted it. Lots of hot water and lots of pressure: honestly the shower was a highlight. Except, I was afraid to step on the floor and they only provided two towels; no wash clothes no hand towels no floor mats. Again I was told no to anything extra. Bedtime. Pulled back the covers and there was a bug: ok one, it’s an old building I killed it shook out all the bedding made sure my stuff was off the floor and went out for some dinner. Came back. More bugs. At this point my options are limited; it’s too late to change hotels: and I’m there for an emergency and am stuck for three days so I take the bus down to target buy some bug spray flip flops and towels (heat came on by this time), headed back and bug bombed my hotel room. Use my flip flops and extra towel have a great shower. Over all its filthy with bed bugs noisy but great water pressure cheap and well located.

This company needs to upgrade their building...
Roaches and mice in the room, even if the rooms are cleaned. Hallways are dirty and dark. Some of the desk personell are friendlier than others. The building is cold. But for now this is home. I guess you get what you pay for.
