프론트 데스크 직원분이 아주 친절하고 크리스마스라 데코도 예뻐서 정말 환영 받는 느낌이라 좋았어요. 방도 깨끗하고 욕조 청소 상태도 만족한데 한가지 히터를 틀면 오래된 먼지 냄새가 계속 나서 그게 좀 힘들었네요. 그거 한가지 외엔 위치나 모든 면에 만족했어요. 특히 위치는 정말 좋은게 쇼핑몰이나 레스토랑, 페리 빌딩, 차이나타운 등을 전부 걸어 갈수 있어요. 트레이더 조도 호텔 바로 앞에 있어서 간단한 먹거리나 음료 사기에도 정말 편했어요.

유니온스퀘어 바로 옆 이라 아주 좋아요. 쇼핑거리 중심이고 트램 정류장옆이구요. 저녁에 야경 보구, 퇴실전 주변 쇼핑하고 딱이네요. 가족들과 즐거운 시가 보냈어요.

It was nice and quiet, we got a room on the 25th floor which had a nice view of the city. I was a bit confused since its my first time here and i asked for help, the staff we're really nice. The only things that i didn't like is that there's no parking and they didn't have waters for the coffee inside the room. Other than that I had a really good time.

If you needed anything from the lobby you could never get in touch with them. The valet parking was really expensive and system was down so you had to order your car on the bottom and wait a good amount of time for it to arrive. In the restaurant the person who was our waiter had the worst attitude he wanted to close the kitchen before time and just made the experience really bad. The shower broke the last day but because i was never able to get ahold with anyone at the lobby i could not get it fix in the morning. Rooms are nice and spacious and location is really convenient
