"Great resort! The first half of my trip was for business, and I extended for a personal vacation. The property is beautiful and I appreciated how it was sprawling. The golf cart transportation came in handy when walking to the lobby. The rooms were lovely and well appointed. Every staff member was friendly, helpful, and provided excellent service. I’d definitely return!"

"Resort was stunning. Beautifully maintained and landscaped. Pool areas were great as was beach. No problem getting chairs at either. Staff were all friendly. We tried most restaurants on property and all were fantastic. If I had one complaint, and this seems to be most people’s complaint, it would be that everything is very, very expensive. Plan a grocery store trip to save money. "

"Our stay was very disappointing. The property did not match what was shown in the pictures on Expedia at all—what you see advertised is not what you get. There were not enough basic supplies provided. We had a shortage of essentials like towels, toilet paper, paper towels, and even blankets, which made the stay very uncomfortable. The air conditioning was not working, and to make matters worse, there were frequent power outages with no backup generator available. This made it extremely difficult to relax or even stay in the property during certain times. Communication with the host was very poor. Messages were either ignored or responded to very late, with no real solutions offered to the issues we were experiencing. Additionally, there were no curtains, which meant no privacy at all—something that should be a basic expectation for any rental."

"Playa Colora was the perfect place for us to call home for the week. Safe, quiet and such a cute and convenient area. I loved that our parking spot was directly outside of our unit. AC in bedroom was super strong and cooled the whole space if you left the bedroom door open."
