โLovely hotel and grounds.
We had a room on the 3rd floor with two balconies affording us stellar views of the mountains and lake. The rearward facing balcony was quiet and peaceful.
We through the doors open and had a lovely breeze all evening.
The pool is lovely and there were plants of lounge chairs for reading and relaxing + two showers.
We donโt eat at the hotel but great coffee is just down the street and there are a few restaurants in either direction.

โThis place is simply perfect!! The property is right on the water of lake como with lounge chairs and Cabanas. It has an amazing pool over looking the lake. The owner and staff are awesome and make the stay even better. Rooms have a balcony overlooking the lake and are very clean. This place makes you feel like you are in heaven. You should look no further and book a stay here you will NOT be disappointed! This was my first trip to Italy and I would 100% come back here. If I could rate...
