Another huge plus was the heated pool. Not every place in Rio offers this, and it made all the difference, especially on cooler days when I still wanted to swim and unwind comfortably. What really made a difference for me was the kindness and flexibility the team showed by allowing me a late check-out. It gave me the chance to fully enjoy my last day in Rio without feeling rushed, and I’m so grateful for that extra level of care. "This is beautiful old colonial style house that has been turned into a boutique hotel. If you want to stay away from the beach area and hotel strip, this is a wonderful stay. It is very quiet and relaxing so keep that in mind when booking. The staff was amazing and helpful. Tip: book the higher level rooms for more space and better views. "
