Fantastic location. Easy to walk to Nagano station. Easy walk to Zenkoji. It is a Japanese hotel so it is a small room. Don't expect western size. No issues with it at all.

Bell Cottage Village
宿泊施設周辺は静かで、ゆっくりできました。 しかし、施設は古くお湯の調整がむずかい。トイレは鍵が故障していてロックができませんでした。 共同浴場のトイレは流れが悪くて使えない。 また、炊飯器を借りましたが、しゃもじがなく、取りに行きましたが、ありませんと言われ仕方なくスプーンで代用。 古いのはどうしようもありませんが、施設や備品の管理をしっかりしてほしいです。

Hakuba Canadian Lodge
The apartment for 4 person is located in a building with no elevator, so we had to carry luggage up the staircase. Luckily, we were given 2nd floor unit. The apartment unit is spacious and clean.
