“Lovely place to stay. Cute ryokan style room with own toilet and sink. Onsen downstairs was ok but there are lots of onsens to explore in area for bathing after skiing. Location was excellent. A short walk to main Happo bus terminal. Also very short walk to Hakuba Valley Shuttle bus stop and skiing at Nakiyama slope. Not much of a walk to Happo Gondola either. Really enjoyed our stay with fresh matcha tea making stuff every day as well as a little treat - usually a kitkat or mandarin :)”

“When we arrived we tried calling and messaging the property with no luck. We were trying to get them to pick us up at the bus station. When we organized our own taxi and checked in we were advised there is no phone to contact them. Other properties had shuttles to pick them up. The hotel was clean but very basic. “Good location. Close to train and bus station and convenience store. Good breakfast, Huge and clean room, and reasonable price. Facilities(incl. hot spring) were somewhat old need to repair or change. Wi-fi was suck.”
