“The staff at Spearfish Canyon Lodge and Roughlock Falls Restaurant never tried to charge me a fee to use my Visa DEBIT card! The restaurant Cheyenne Crossing did try and charge me a fee to use my debit card, which is a federal offense. Different rules apply to charge card vs. debit cards. Thank you to Spearfish Canyon Lodge! A classy comforting experience!”

“Stayed for an overnight in the historic Bullock Hotel. The room was very comfortable and had a lot of character, yet with modern ammenties. The staff was friendly. Parking is across the street behind the hotel, or you can park in the city lot across the Main Street for a 24 hour fee. The hotel is historic and in the heart of Deadwood with easy access to all Deadwood has to offer.”

“This is the 2nd time for us staying in the yurts. Very affordable, comfy bed, cleanliness of whole property, attention to details, and beautiful location. So close to nature and owners do a nice job of providing everything you need. Lanterns, bedding, towels, toiletries, firewood, coffee. Enjoy the decorating and landscaping outside the property. There is also a gathering space with seating, games, beverages, and tv viewing. Plenty of places to gather and enjoy nature! I look forward to...

“I don’t know how bad I could rate this place, yeah I know they’re doing construction work, but that wasn’t pointed out, the carpeting in there was wrinkled and needed to be ripped up badly, and you had to walk through the casino to get to the front front desk, which really wasn’t a front desk. It was a gambling desk. The place basically sucked. I would give it a zero stars if I could.”
