"The staff had no tendency to go out of the way to help on any account. The check in staff was not very accommodating on requests. Many a times the room service would not even show up.Rooms are sipper small and should not be shown for families."

"Upon arrival I was amazed by the glitz and glamour of the hotel. But this quickly wore off as it becomes apparent that there is alot of wear and tear. Had a few issues, minibar totally empty upon arrival very, very slow room service. I actually wouldn't recommend getting any kind of inroom dining ..."
