“We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Frances Modern Inn. It was a perfect location for our needs. And our suite was very clean, tastefully decorated and very comfortable. We also really appreciated the keyless entry to the property and our room and the complimentary water and sparkling water in our room. I’m a UT Austin alumni and this was a visit to Austin after 20 some yrs with my college son. The hotel had a sense of class and its connections with the univ brought me back memories of UT days.
As for thr accommodation, it was spacious in and out and overall it was nice. However, I’d like to mention several things as to help improve the site.
1) The room was not so quiet — street noise and chatters from the corridor were transferred transparently.
