"Our room was clean and well serviced. I ask for an accessible room near the lift which was arranged with no bother. The staff were very cheerful and helpful willing to assist you in any way they could."

"We were thrilled to have room 119 which had a balcony and we could view the cruise ships departing. It was warm and clean. The complimentary water and coffee pods were really appreciated. Service at breakfast and at reception was warm, friendly and efficient. It was a surprise that breakfast and parking were included. Had a lovely reunion evening with tasty food, especially the beef. When I arrived this time, Sarah on reception offered me a room upgrade as the hotel was quiet - a lovely gesture and much appreciated. I’ll certainly be returning! "
