“We booked 2 rooms here for a concert. The area around it is sketchy BUT the hotel makes you feel safe once in the room. Clean and decently quiet considering there were locals that were outside all night. Our taxi driver almost wouldnt take us to our hotel because the area is not the safest. But hotel-wise it was what we needed. Not sure I'd recommend for families with children, solo or couples trip due to the area. ”

“This hotel is new and clean. We love that it is super close to the McCormick center which is the reason why we picked this place to stay. The hotel room is big and nice. You can tell they put in effort to design this place, the bathroom door and front doors are heavy for sound proof. One complaint I would have is the food option is very repetitive on a day to day basis but hey free food. They do not clean your room everyday but I wish they would offer fresh towels at your door at the very least...
