"We were originally given a room that smelled of cigarette smoke and cannabis. We asked to be moved and were offered another room two floors down which was much better. Pros - hotel is very well located, coffee in the lobby, free bottled water on request. Good value. Cons - the shower didn’t look clean with someone else’s hair. Cigarette smoke. 4* from us!"
