The safe, phone and lamp outlets did not work, They sent someone up to do those repairs while we were gone. We came back and nothing was fixed. The AC was located in the bedroom and pretty much only kept the bedroom cool. The breakfast was fine. The happy hour was basically popcorn and drinks. And when contacting Expedia, who reached out at the hotel, we were offered a measly 5000 Hilton honors points for our trouble which equates to about $25. Now tell me how I’m going to split that with these four people…"
