“Great one night stay on the way to Southampton prior to a cruise. This Place has the Wow factor in spades. The main building houses a comfortable bar and delightful multi roomed restaurant in an elegant 18th centuary manor house painstakinly moved brick by brick to it's current location.”

“We had an overnight stay before boarding our ship the next day. Parking for me was great and complimentary but I do think there is a charge normally. At reception we were met and our cases were taken care of by the porters, receptionists x 3 were at hand for booking in. We had booked a standard room So I asked if we could upgrade and was given a superior room with balcony and views of the Solent and cheap as chips. Our cases were in the room as we got there No struggle. The bed was a king...

“My stay here was an amazing experience. The restaurant offered service on par with what you would expect from a hotel, and the staff were exceptionally friendly and made a lasting impression. While the cleanliness of the room and the lack of transportation options could be considered minor downsides, the room quality was still reasonable given the price. Since I was already aware of the isolated location, it wasn't an issue for me.”

“One time this would have been a gracious house; sadly now it’s tired. Our room was clean, very basic, but bathroom immaculate in a small space. Very good value as long as expectations not set too high. We’ll use it again for a good bed to sleep in.”
