“Staff and customer service was amazing. I highly recommend.”

“I made a reservation and checked in late at about 11:30pm. The receptionist was rude and was talking to me in a very condescending tone when I would ask a question. I live locally and just wanted to relax for a couple days for my Birthday. I was polite and didn’t appreciate his tone.”

“The hotel is not safe. The people around the hotel and the guests were shady figures. I saw people with open alcohol bottles near building. There was a lot of noise at night, I couldn’t get good sleep. There were stains on the carpet and a weird smell in the room and hallways. I didn’t feel safe as a single woman traveler. I checked out after the first night in the morning. Very disappointed.”

“The staff was very welcoming. Coffee and bar with outside patio was great! Room was quieter than I thought given its downtown. It is an older property but nicely maintained, convenient and friendly atmosphere.”
