“Most staff members were incredible but we did have a bad experience with one front desk representative while trying to have a lost key replaced. We had a large group staying there while in town for a close family member's funeral. The common area, where breakfast is served, is spacious and was perfect for socializing as a group. The hotel was super thoughtful in giving us a condolence card and offering their help to make our stay as pleasant as possible. Overall our experience was very good.”

“Amazing hotel, the room was spotless and very spacious with fantastic views. On arrival and throughout our stay the staff were extremely helpful and friendly. The food was really nice and great portions too. The casino is huge and worth a visit! The indoor and outdoor pool was clean and relaxing. Highly recommend this hotel!”

“PROS: quiet neighborhood, extremely comfortable bed...can't stress that enough. Good location off the riverfront but five minutes from everything. CONS: the separate shower was not usable. It had a handheld part that pointed straight out into the room, and the stationary head was completely missing/broken off. The shower in with the jet tub is not able to be moved, and there is no shower curtain.”

“The ,toilet didn't work properly. There was hair on the shower walls from the last guest that I had to rinse away. The HVAC unit was abundantly noisy. Bed was comfortable but I got a terrible nights sleep. Soap bar was the size of a half dollar. You couldn't get any lather on my wash cloth. All in all, not what I expected.”

“The parking situation is a little awkward, and the restaurants are VERY overpriced, but overall it's an amazing hotel with an amazing pool and amazing art.”
