“Room was spacious, clean and updated, however the shower drain was too slow so the floor of the tub got gross pretty quickly. Downside, management was not very helpful with a rooming issue we had. Booked a room with a king bed, ended up with a room with 2 double beds instead. When I brought this up to management they seemed dismissive and didn’t offer any solution.”

“Very disappointing experience, The room was extremely damp and had a strong musty smell. There were also many mosquitoes and other bugs inside the room. In the morning, the floor was literally covered in moisture, almost as if it had just been mopped, and even the bed felt damp. “I walked in and walked out. It is a bedroom behind a locked door. I was traveling with my toddler. I unfortunately didn’t hit the payment protection and still walked right out. $450 hit. I would not recommend or ever book again. The floors all had hills in them. It was a cold truly dark feeling.”
