โThe villa itself was great but the room wasnt as clean as I expect it to be. The amenities were good, the parking was east however the pool behind registration was growing what appeared to be black mold in the 2.5 ft end and it was gross. We found this to be unacceptable especially since we watched as a staff member checked the ph and totally ignored the overwhelming growth on the pool steps, sidewalls and under the edges. โ
โWe love this B&B! This is our 2nd visit here & it is always a great place to stay. Larry & Patricia are so welcoming it makes you feel like family. The breakfast is always delicious. The house is clean & beautiful & hidden in the forest. Perfect location for us going to Colonial Downs to race. Our favorite!โ

โThe hotel is room nice for the price range, and the lobby is great. Breakfast was awesome with scrambled eggs each day and alternating sausage or bacon and french toast or diced potatoes, and 2 waffle makers plus the standard continental breakfast options.
The only pool (outside) looked a little green - but we never asked about it since we were using the "awake" portion of our day at Busch Gardens.โ

โSuch a spacious, family and budget friendly stay! We have toddlers so we did have to relocate fragile items during our stay and the stairs leading to the separate rental were a safety concern. โ
โThe stafff was friendly, helpful and communicated well. The rooms were clean and comfortably. We stayed on the 2nd floor and experience the patter of little feet running while trying to sleep. I guest kids will be kids. โ
