"Wonderful staff! We loved the restaurants. The wait staff is so friendly and fun. We were lucky enough to have Carlos as our waiter for 3 consecutive nights. Laura in concierge services was fenomenal. The entertainment crew put together lots of fun activities and music/dance each night. We had a great vacation"

"The owner and his family are the staff, and they are the most helpful and friendly people I've ever encountered on vacation. The owner Miguel had all the recommendations for restaurants and activities in the area me and my girlfriend asked for. He was very professional and courteous. We couldn't be more happy with the room we stayed in and the staff. They all went above and beyond our expectations."
