“Beautiful hotel, loved the private pool! 2 beautiful cenote's just moments away. Helpful staff. You can't really make full use of the gorgeous bathtubs as the water doesn't run hot long enough to fill it, but other than that no complaints ☺️ Would stay again.”

“The hotel is currently under construction, and there was no prior notice or announcement about it. Due to the construction, many shortcuts were blocked, and there was a shortage of golf carts, so we had to walk to use hotel facilities such as the pool. And when we arrived, all the dinner restaurant reservations were fully booked, so we had to eat at the buffet for all four days. But the beach is beautiful and has the advantage of being eco-friendly. ”

The grounds are beautiful, and you can see how hard the staff works every day to maintain everything so well. We had no problems booking à la carte restaurants for five restaurants.We simply made all the reservations at once for the entire trip.
